Beatrice King

KING - Mrs. Beatrice King, age 86, went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, January 28, 2016. Beatrice was born August 2, 1929 in McBain, Michigan to August and Minnie (Meekhof) Kuipers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dick Vander Klok.

She will be deeply missed by her children, Diane (Daryl) VandenHoek, Rev. Duane (Jean) Vander Klok, and Deb (John) Veenstra; grandchildren, Joshua (Emily) Vander Klok, Samuel (Becca) Vander Klok, Daniel (Amanda) Vander Klok, Stephanie (Tim) Mangan, Dale (Susan) Vanden Hoek, Vicki (Nate) Apel, Aimee Veenstra, Kelly (Ryan) Velting, and Kristina (fiancé Kyle) Veenstra; 26 great grandchildren; sisters, Marion (Roger) Mulder, and Agnes VanHouten; sister-in-law, Clara Kuipers; and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday,11 a.m. at Resurrection Life Church, 5100 Ivanrest Avenue, SW, Grandville. Relatives and friends may meet her family Friday from 4-7 p.m. at the Cook Memorial Chapel (East Building), 4235 Prairie, SW, Grandville and Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at the church.
