I am so sorry for your loss. Brian will be truly missed. I considered Brian a great friend. He was the best person in the world to reminisce with and to share stories with! After our daughter was born, he came over to visit with Shelley and we had a good time. Also during the Pistons playoff run last year...we made a run up to the Palace to watch them beat the New Jersey Nets. Some of the best times of my life were with Brian aka Dunn and Craig.

I am truly sorry to hear about Brian. Although I won't be able to attend the service, his family and friends are in my prayers. Brian was always a great guy to hang out with. I have many fond memories. I am fortunate to have run into him just last year while I was in town and we were able to hang out and talk about the ole' days. He'll truly be missed.

Brian was by far the best storyteller I have ever had the privledge of knowing in my lifetime. He brought me to tears when he told his story of trying to figure out how the shower worked in the townhouse on Bellows street. When I heard the news about Brian's death, my heart was broken and inconsolable. Thankfully, I am able to find comfort in remembering the stories he told and the times we had together in Mt. Pleasant. I feel honored for having known Brian and for being able to call him a friend. His presence and love for life are legendary... a testament to the person he was in life. I am so sorry that I could not be at home during this time to offer my condolences in person. If anything, I hope Brian's family feels a bit of comfort in knowing how many lives he touched and how many smiles he created. We have all gained a guardian angel with his passing. Thanks for the memories, Doyle... they are truly priceless.

Doyle Family,
 I am so sorry for your loss. Brian was an amazing person. I was blessed to have met him in college, been his roommate and most of all his friend. I along with many others have a heavy heart. But I am comforted by the thought of the good times we had together.
 I'll never forget when we met at CMU in Woldt/Emmons. He had me laughing from day one. Brian was a great athlete, had a good sense of humor and always looked out for others. 
 A few things I like to remember about my times with Brian:
 Doyle's - Waking up in your basement with a 20 lb. black cat purring on my chest. Brian came down and couldn't stop laughing because I was so freaked out and didn't want to move the beast. Ha, ha 
 Craig - The Feel Good Edition of ESPN's Sportscenter. Craig Kilborne late night along with a Papa John's za. You couldn't beat it.
 Chuck - cooking more food than we could eat, Playstation NBA Live and NHL and bouncing from townhouse to townhouse in Chip Village.
 James, Joel, Chris, Danny and everyone we hung out with - 911 Main Street - enough said.
 Brian will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with family and friends. Let's remember the good times and know he is in a better place.

I was absolutely heartbroken when I heard of Brian's passing. I didn't know Brian as well as I wished I could have but for the time we worked together he was a wonderful person and so bright in his life. B and I worked down the street from each other. We talked a few times a week, I was always bugging him for something! I will always remember Brian's smile and laugh whenever we joked about my little secret crush I had on him. He was such a great person and always made me laugh. 
 I will always remember asking Brian if he wanted to meet us 3 girls for lunch...but Brian always said "I am trying this new diet so I better not" We just thought he was too shy to come and be surrounded by a bunch of women. We would always just laugh and say " Ok B".

I am so sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of spending 3 weeks with Brian during AIM training. He was so special, and had the best sense of humor. I enjoyed getting to know him very much. He will be missed . . .

I want to extend my condolences to the Doyle family. I pray that God will give you the strength you need during this time of mourning. I'll always remember Brian as someone with a big heart and a great sense of humor. The memories we had with friends at CMU and Grand Rapids will always hold a special place in my heart.
