
Catherine was reunited in Heaven with her parents William and Hermina Post; brothers and sisters, Herman Wilhelmina Post, Lucille Frank John VanNetten Holstege, Marie Junius Kuite, August Post, Willard Post, Neil Arlene Post; and sister-in-law Clara Post.
Catherine acted as caretaker for her younger brothers after their mother and father passed away in 1944 and 1945.
She quit her job and made a home for them.
Her family will be forever grateful for the love and care she gave to them.
Catherine will be lovingly remembered by her brothers, Dick Betty Post, Clarence Post, and Marvin Virginia Post; sister-in-law Janet Post; special cousin Wilma Wiersma; she is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Byron Center First Christian Reformed Church 2450 85th St. with Rev. Thomas Groelsema and Rev. John Klompien officiating.
Interment will be in Winchester Cemetery.
The family will meet with relatives and friends Friday form 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center Chapel 2065 84th St..
Memorial contributions in Catherine’s name may be made to International Aid, World Bible League, or Byron Center First Christian Reformed Church.
