Charles Robert Burr

Charles "Charlie" R. Burr, age 86, passed away, Saturday, July 8, 2006. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Gertrude Burr, his son, Jerry Burr Sr. and his brother, Frank "Bill" Burr. Charlie will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Tamae Burr; his children, Robert Lee Ruth Burr, Cheryl Ann Condon; 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; his brothers, Arthur Doris Burr, Keith Trachit Burr and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Charlie was a veteran of WWII and retired from Lear Inc. Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Cook Funeral Home in Grandville, 4235 Prairie St. SW west building. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Cook Memorial Chapel east building with visitation one hour prior to the services.
