
Her husband Paul and sister Edith VerBerkmoes preceded her in death.
She is survived by her brother Wally Marie Plant; sisters and brothers-in-laws Grace DeKorver, Trudy Baker, Gloria Jr Hurst, Floyd Irene Baker, David Nora Baker and Krien VerBerkmoes; her many nieces and nephews; her dear friends Barbie and Camey.
Clara worked for the Masonic Temple for over 35 years and had many close friends and co-workers there.
She belonged to the Eastern Stars, and was a member for many years at Community Bible Church in Wyoming, where she will be greatly missed by her church family.
Clara’s family wishes to thank St. Mary’s Living Center and the St. Mary’s Hospital Cancer Center, for their loving care and support.
The funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at Cook Memorial Chapel 4235 Prairie St. SW - east building with Pastors Gary Cloud, Floyd Baker, and Don VanSlyke officiating.
The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville west building.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Bible Church.
