
Surviving are his wife Mary; children, Melanie Jeff Augustyn, Nathan fiancAC.e Becky Ophoff, Karen Ophoff, Danielle Ophoff, Jordan Ophoff, Sara Ophoff, Christy Ophoff and Reed Ophoff; granddaughter Paige; mother Edith Ophoff of OK; brothers and sisters, Rick Lorraine Ophoff of Grandville, Tim Linda Ophoff of OK, Jennifer Craig Van Patten also of OK, Christi Jeff Jirinec of Grandville; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at Resurrection Life Church 5100 Ivanrest SW with Rev. Bernie Blauwkamp officiating.
Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Relatives and friends may meet his family on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville 4235 Prairie SW - west building.
