Eleanor Mae Haynes (Nelson)

Born in 1931 in Burlington, CO, she was living happily after retiring from Rowe International and enjoyed the company of family, friends, and neighbors.

Ellie was preceded in death by her son Randy. She is survived by her children, Steve (Heidi), Jeff (Martha), Kurt (Laurie) and Patricia. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The youngest of 10 brothers and sisters, she is survived by her brother William (Joyce) Nelson and treasured the friendship of her niece Barbara LaMaire and her husband Fred. She was especially touched by the recent loss of her sisters, Helen and Leona.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at the Cook Memorial Chapel (East Building), 4235 Prairie St., S.W., Grandville, MI. The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home (West Building) and one hour prior to the service.
