Hazel L. Van Van Oostendorp

She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald and her son-in-law Dale Ganzevoort. She is survived by her daughter Marian Ganzevoort; son David Shirley VanOostendorp; six grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Cook Memorial Chapel east building, 4235 Prairie St SW, with Rev. Walter Roberts officiating. The family will meet relatives and friends Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home, Grandville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Cross Church Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
