Jack Johnson passed away February 10, 2026. He is loving remembered by wife, Peggy Johnson; brothers Roger Johnson and Robert (Pat) Johnson; sister-in-law, Marilyn Kryger; children Greg (Tonya) Johnson, Bryan (Robyn) Johnson, Debbie (John) Sayer, Jackie Johnson, Audra (Randy) Moore, Jason (Kali) Hedlund, Jaiden Hedlund, Emmett Hedlund; parents-in-law Richard and Patricia Slagter; brothers- and sisters-in-law Henry (Christy) Slagter, Rich (Donna) Slagter, Bonnie (Mike) Gerke, Dale (Kathy) Slagter, Brenda (Kim) Shires; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by father, Gunard Johnson; mother, Esther Johnson; sister, Gloria (Dick) Kaminski; brother, Fred (Betty) Johnson; sister, Marilyn (Jack) Kryger; sister-in-law, Martha Johnson.
Jack worked as a builder most of his life. After retiring from building, he became a manager at Sam's Club in Holland.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at Cook Memorial Chapel, 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville, Michigan, with visitation prior to the service beginning at 10 a.m. Pastor Pat Binish officiating.
