Dr. Paul & Cheryl Ondarko .. Dr. Dann & Carol Stouten, William & Nancy Kapteyn Jr... Her Grand Children Kate & Kelly Stouten, Tara & Adam Meeusen, Jarred Ondarko, Abby & Jason Rogers, Ross & Andrea Faasse, Karly, Grant, Kirsten & Isaiah Kapteyn. Her Sister: Dottie & Harold Vanden Hoek. Her Sister-In-Law Frances Faasse, & Her Brother-In-Law: Bob & Kay Faasse.
She Was Proceeded In Death By Her Husband Donald Vincent Faasse, & Her Parents: Jack & Frances Dise & An Infant Daughter.
Jackie Was A Woman Who Was Blessed With The Gift Of Laughter And She Brought Great Joy To Everyone Who Knew Her. Her Love For Life Was Contagious, And Her Love For Her Family Was Expressed In Everything She Did. She Had A Never Ending Love For The Games Of Life, Especially Baseball. As A Young Woman She Practiced With The Grand Rapids Chics & Win Or Loose She Loved The Detroit Tigers. If There's Baseball In Heaven She's Playing & Her Husband Don is Cheering Her On. Her Faith In Jesus Christ Was An Example To Her Family & Gives Us The Assurance That One Day We'll All Be Together Again.
Visitation Will Be Held On Saturday From 6-9pm At Cook Memorial chapel 4235 Prairie; East Building and Memorial Service Will Be Held There In Her Honor On Sunday At 2:00pm.
