Jeffrey H. Crooks

CROOKS - Jeffrey H. Crooks age 47 passed away June 29, 2000. He was preceded in death by his sister Pamela Crooks. He is survived by his son Treavor Crooks; his parents, Dale and Gerry Crooks; his brother Rick Crooks; and sister Cathleen Daniel Huling; nephews, Matthew Crooks and Michael Crooks; nieces, Lenore Skip Seelye, Stephanie Huling, Patricia Huling, Margaret Huling.

Jeffrey was employed for 30 years at Harlo Corp. in Grandville, where he served on the Board of Directors and as Secretary. He also served on the Board of Directors for Tri-River Industries.

The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, 4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville west building. If you are unable to attend the visitation please sign the family's Memory Book at www.cookfuneralhome.com.
