John A. Houseward

He was preceded in death by his son Jon. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Trudy; his children and their families, Timothy Ellen Houseward and their children, Jennifer, David and Matthew of Illinois, Joanne Gary Van Denend and their children, Nathaniel, Teresa and Andreas of Ohio, Evalynn Houseward of Grand Rapids, Barb Nick Weeber and their children, Ben, Katy and Daniel Houseward of Holland; sister Idamae Becker of California; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Fellowship Christian Reformed Church 4375 Ivanrest, Grandville with Pastor Philip Boender and Pastor Bill Huyser officiating.

The family will meet with relatives and friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Cook Funeral Home, Grandville 4235 Prairie St. SW - west building.

Memorial contributions may be made to Pine Rest RAF or Hospice of Holland. The Houseward family would like to express their gratitude to the many friends and family who have been the heart and hands of our Lord.
