Kenneth W. Foster

Kenneth “Ken” W. Foster, age 96, went to his heavenly home Wednesday, December 12, 2018. Ken was born January 30, 1922 in Grand Rapids to Ed and Anna Foster. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He especially enjoyed fishing at Wolf Lake with his father-in-law, Vernor Benton, and deer hunting with his son, Robert, at their cabin. Ken served his country faithfully during WWII with the Army Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Jean, son, Robert Lee Foster, and his brother, Bud Foster.

He will be deeply missed by daughters Susan (John) DeBoer, and Pamela (Randy) Kamstra; his grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held 11 AM Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville. Relatives and friends may meet Ken’s family Friday December 21, 2018 from 10-11 AM at the chapel.
