
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Craig; her children, Claire, Kyle and Christa; her parents, Al and Marlene Hartman of Spring Lake; her sisters, Karin Otis Chambers and Kristyne Hartman; her father and mother-in-law, Roger and Betty Nicely; her sisters-in-law, Beth Jay Machielse and Janet Herv Sherd; her brother-in-law John Robin Nicely; and her aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Kim received her Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan. She was very committed to her church, her children’s school and the Grandville community. She had wide-ranging interests in the church’s mission, served as a deacon, and was treasurer for The Other Way Ministries board. Most of all, Kim was wholly devoted to her children.
A Memorial Service will be held at the First Reformed Church of Grandville, 3060 Wilson SW, on Thursday, October 11 at 7 p.m.
A private graveside service will be held at Grandville Cemetery.
The family will meet with relatives and friends on Wednesday from 2 to 4:30 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the First Reformed Church of Grandville.
