
She was a graduate of Hope College and taught sixth grade at Jackson Park School and formerly worked for C&O Railroad.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leo Corbett.
Surviving are her husband, Marshall; her children, Kamaron and Marshall Jr., both at home; her stepson Matthew and Sallee Weidman; her grandchildren, Isaac and Chelsea; her mother Lois Corbett of Wyoming; her mother-in-law Joan Hostteter of PA; her brothers, Larry and Iva Corbett of Lansing, Douglas and Judy Corbett of Allegan; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Michael Schell, Dennis and Donna Weidman, Patty and Denny Deitrick, Doug and Michelle Weidman all of PA.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, September 5, from Rush Creek Bible Church, with Rev. Gary Leyendecker officiating.
Interment will be in Winchester Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
The family will meet with relatives and friends on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home west building 4235 Prairie St. SW in Grandville.
