Meredith B. Healy

HEALY, MEREDITH Meredith Barnard Healy, 89 of Wyoming, MI and born in Rosedale Park, MI completed her earth days Saturday, March 7, 2015. Preceding Meredith 6 months ago, her husband of 65 years, Byron J. Healy, embraced her as she peacefully entered God's heavenly home.

Meredith will be lovingly remembered by daughter Dayle Healy Lusk, son-in-law Bob Lusk, grandchildren Brett, Troy and Chad Lusk, all of Huntington Beach, CA as well as several nieces and nephews.

In big ways and small ways, Meredith's special love and beauty will shine on in all of our hearts forever. She was an amazing gift from God with many talents. Meredith attended Western Michigan University where she studied art. She was an active member of Alpha Iota sorority. After retiring from many years as a teacher at Davenport College, Meredith and Byron continued an active life that included volunteer work, California trips and to honor their great love of animals, established a pet care business that blossomed into deep bonds with both pets and owners. Meredith was deeply devoted her entire life to her love of God. We are grateful for every earth day we shared.

In loving memory of Meredith, a Memorial Visitation will take place at the family home, 2514 38th Street, S.W., Wyoming, 49519 on Saturday, May 30, 2015 from 2-7 p.m. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
