Mildred V. Van't Van't Hof

VAN'T HOF Mildred Van't Hof (Ley), age 100, went to be with her Lord, Friday, May 3, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband John Van't Hof; son Gordon Van't Hof; parents Frank and Jeanette Ley; sister Marguerite Spencer; daughter-in-law Beatrice Van't Hof. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Ron Van't Hof, Cheryl (Gary) Schadler; daughter-in-law Helen Van't Hof; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.The family would like to thank Spectrum Hospice and Georgetown Manor for all their loving care.

Visitation with the family will be held from 6 - 8pm, Monday, May 6, 2013 at Cook Funeral Home (West Building) 4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville. Funeral services will be at 11am on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 with visitation one hour prior at Cook Memorial Chapel (East Building) with Pastor Philip Schout officiating.
