MCGRATH - Mr. Patrick Shawn McGrath, age 28 of Hudsonville passed away unexpectedly Sunday, June 13, 1999 and went to be with his Lord. He was born in Tulsa, OK, May 11, 1971, graduated from High School in Milwaukee, WI, and Grand Valley State University. He was a captain of his high school football team, took 2nd place in state wrestling, played college football, restored old cars, played in local golf, softball and bowling leagues. He is survived by his parents Gerald and Joyce McGrath; two brothers, Chris and Danielle McGrath, Dan McGrath and fiancee Karen Mlejnek; three nephews; and several aunts and uncles. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday 10 a.m. from Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Fr. Denis Nash celebrate please gather at the church. Visiting hours Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m. from the Jenison Chapel of Cook Funeral Home, 1889 Baldwin. Vigil Service Tuesday 7:30 p.m. from the funeral home.
