He is survived by his children, Scott Marsha Brower, Glenn A. Patti Kats, Jennie R. Garry Wassenaar, Beth Mark Maycroft; grandchildren, Sarah Mike LeBreton, Kerry Scott VanderKolk, Andy, Amy, and Jeff Kats, Colleen, Hollie, and Chris Wassenaar, and Danielle and Kylee Maycroft; and great grandson, Braden Wassenaar.

The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8 from the Cook Memorial Chapel east building 4235 Prairie St. SW in Grandville.

The family will meet with relatives and friends from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday at the Cook Funeral Home west building in Grandville, and Wednesday one hour prior to the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation.
