He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Marilyn Poll; daughter Mary and Craig Huizen; sons Bob and Denise Poll and Tom Poll; grandchildren Kim Huizen and fiancAC. Trevor Slot, Jenni and Kevin Johnson, Todd Huizen, Becky Poll and special friend Jason Schipper, Julie Poll, Tracy Poll, T. J. Poll, Kaylee Poll and Allison Poll; mother-in-law Stella Van Hoeven; brother Thomas H. and Elizabeth Poll, sister Helene Glerum, brother Robert and Sarah Poll; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Dr. Donald T. and Dr. Shirley Van Hoeven and several special nieces and nephews.

The family will receive relatives and friends Thursday, March 2 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Beverly Reformed Church, 2141 Porter St. SW, Wyoming. A Memorial Service will be held 1:30 p.m. Sunday, March 5 at Beverly Reformed Church. The family request memorials be made to The Other Way West Town Jubilee Housing or Visiting Nurse Hospice.
