Richard J. VanHetHekke

VAN HET HEKKE - Mr. Richard J. "Dick" Van HetHekke, age 41, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Monday, June 28, 2010. Dick was preceded in death by his son, Anthony, and his parents, Teunis and Joyce Ferner VanHetHekke. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 12 years, Missy; children, Shane, Kimmy, and Elijah; special aunt, Linda Ferner; sisters, JoAnn Mark Bowman, and Gerrie Bruce Sheets; "dad and mom", Dennis and Deb Carlon; "sisters and brothers", Jody Dale Thrush, Dan Jenny Carlon, Chris Carlon and Erica, Rose Robert Mitchell, and Mike and Kara Sullivan; grandparents, Betty Cornelia, and Cliff and Irene Carlon; and many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, 11 a.m. at Frontline Bible Chruch, with Pastor John Lowder officiating. Interment will be at St. Sebastian Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet his family Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center Chapel, 2067 84th St. SW, Byron Center.
