
He is survived by his wife Darlene; his children, Gary Sandy Kreiser, Carl Mo Kreiser, Ken Chris Kreiser, Dan Durkee, Shirley Vander Schuur, and James Durkee; his 13 grandchildren; and his 26 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his brother George Carol Mervau; several brother and sisters-in-law; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and many special friends.
The funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Cook Funeral Home - Byron Center 2067 84th St. SW, with Rev. Mr. Norman Riksen of St. Pius X officiating. Interment will be at the Resurrection Cemetery.
The family will meet with relatives and friends on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home - Byron Center.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Pius X Christian Service, St. Pius X Church or a charity of one's choice.
