Ronald Beard

His memories will be cherished by his beloved wife, Kristana Beard; children William Beard and Rosswell Beard; mother, Paula Beard; father, Ronald (Jill Kingsley) Beard; siblings Doug Birman, Duane Beard, Jamie (Cam Hockenberry) Beard, and Dan (Whitney) Beard; in-laws, Wayne (Linda) Koster; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Ron was an incredible, loving father to his two amazing boys. He was a wonderful son who was a best friend to family members. Ron enjoyed being out in God’s creation. He enjoyed gardening, running, camping, canoeing and, of course, drumming. Ron wanted to spend every minute with his boys and even made excuses for playing in the sandbox.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2019, with visitation one hour prior, at Monroe Community Church, 800 Monroe Ave., NW, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503. Pastor Jim Boer will be officiating.

In honor of Ronald and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kristana Beard for the children’s college fund.
