She was preceded in death by her parents Wayne and Beulah Whiting; son Dwayne; and sister Rosemary.

She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Lori Jeff Miller of Kentwood, Wendy Goodman of TN, and Amy Scott Basham of Jenison.

Also surviving are her loving grandchildren, Brandon, Shentel, Kelsi, Kyle, and Kayla; brother Daryl Geneva Whiting of Ohio; and brother-in-law Jerry Ole of Rockford.

The funeral service will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. at the Cook Memorial Chapel 4235 Prairie SW - east building with Rev. Doug Van Doren officiating.

Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

Relatives and friends may meet her family Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home west building and Friday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service.
