Ruth M. Kentosh

KENTOSH - Ruth Marie Kentosh of Grand Rapids passed away August 2, 2000. Ruth was born November 17, 1925 to Lydia and Ernest Hoop of Grand Rapids. She graduated Wyoming High School in 1943 and in 1945 married Lt. George Kentosh. Ruth is survived by her loving son Kenneth Susan Kentosh of Cleveland, OH; daughters, Lynn Chris Karabinas of Tucson, AZ, Patricia Iseman of Seattle, WA; grandchildren, Kristen and Philip Panagos; and great grandchild Kaeli J. Panagos. Also surviving are her brother Raymond Hoop of FL; sisters, Mollie Neil Harris of IN, Mildred Wesley Bazan of Jenison, MI; cousin, Marian Rosendahl of Grand Rapids, MI; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Saturday 10 a.m. from the Cook Memorial Chapel east building with Pastor James Metcalf of St. John Lutheran Church officiating. Interment Dorr Cemetery.

The family will meet with relatives and friends Friday 7 to 9 p.m. from the Cook Funeral Home-Grandville, 4235 Prairie St. SW west building.
