She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Lorraine Johnson; sister Jill Moore.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children Jennifer (Jerry) Griffin, Joel (Jodi) Thomas and Jeff (Jamie) Thomas; grandchildren Shelby, Bailey, Brady, Dylan; brother Randy (Lin) Johnson; many nieces and nephews.
Sally was a graduate of Butterworth School of Nursing program and has worked 47 years at Butterworth and Spectrum Health.
Visitation with the family will be held from 2 - 4pm and 6 - 8pm, Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Cook Funeral Home (West Building) - 4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville, MI. Funeral service will be held at 11am Thursday, January 5, 2017 with visitation one-hour prior at Cook Funeral Home (East Building-Memorial Chapel) with Pastor Kurt Overway officiating. Interment will be at Forest Grove Cemetery.
