Saraiah Marie Louise Hamlet

Our precious Saraiah Marie Louise Hamlet, passed away suddenly, Monday, April 9, 2018, and she is now dancing and singing and praising Jesus. She’s doing all of the things she couldn’t do when she was here on this earth. Words can’t express the gift she was to our family, the lessons she taught us, the reconciliation she brought, the gospel message of Jesus she spread, just by her life. We were blessed to have had her eight long years.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents Marlon and Shirley Boersma, John and Thelma LaRue, Robert and Dorcas Hamlet, and Kathryn Harrison.

Saraiah will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Jeremiah and Veronica; her siblings, Isaiah, Hadassah, Israel; her great-grandfather, Roger Harrison; her grandparents, Perry and Cindy Gile, Steve and Linda Hamlet, Ron and Deb Holwerda; her uncles and aunts, Angela and Calvin Bergsma, Aaron and Emily Bolduc, Philip and Brit Holwerda, Jake and Erika Hamlet; her cousins; and her beloved caregiver, Vicki Steele.

We miss you riah bear, riah bug… we will see you soon.

A time for relatives and friends to visit with Saraiah’s family will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Monday, April 16, at Cook Memorial Chapel, 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville (east building). Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, April 17, at Crossroads Bible Church, 800 Scribner Ave. NW, Grand Rapids. Pastor Aaron Bolduc will officiate.
