W. Edward Cline

CLINE- W. Edward Cline, age 80 of Jenison went to be with his Lord, Saturday, August 24, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents Mary and Herbert Cline; his wives, Phyllis Stoel Cline and Marian Talsma Cline; and his brother-in-law Charles Brower.

He is survived by his sons, Douglas (Linda), Michael (Kimberly) and Randall (Katherine) Cline; Marian's children, Evonne (Robert) Cook, Bruce (Sheryl) Talsma, Mark (Mary) Talsma; his grandchildren Rachel (Justin) Stadt, Janna (Ryan) Austhof, Darrin (Katie) Cline, Kyle Cline and Trevor Cline; and Marian's grandchildren, Keith (Erin) Talsma, Leah (Dan) Schmuker, Matthew (Elyssa) Talsma, Michael Talsma, Steven Cook and David Cook; 11 great grandchildren; his sister Corinne Brower; brother-in-law Curtis (Carol) Stoel and many nieces and nephews.

Ed was a graduate of Grandville High School Class of 1952, he was a member of First Grandville Reformed Church and retired from Packaging Corporation of America after many years of service. He enjoyed model aviation and spending time with his family. The family would like to thank the caring staff at the Meijer Heart Center, 5 floor, for their excellent care and support.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Wednesday at First Reformed Church of Grandville, 3060 Wilson Ave. The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm at Cook Funeral Home, Grandville, 4235 Prairie St. (west building) and one hour prior to services Wednesday at Church. The family welcomes memories and messages in their guest book online at www.cookcares.com. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice Trillium Woods.
