Amy Irene Gibson

Amy Irene Gibson was born January 5, 1976 in Pomona, California to James Hoot Gibson VIII and Rebecca Arthun and went home to Jesus January 23, 2020. Amy attended school in Murphy, Oregon until her high school years when her family moved to Glendale, Oregon where she lived until her junior year of high school. After high school Amy returned to Grants Pass where she worked various jobs in retail and food service.

Amy was an amazing mother to 6 beautiful children who were the light of her life.

Amy is survived by her father James Hoot Gibson VIII of Grants Pass,

mother and stepfather Rebecca and Robert Arthun of Brookings,Oregon

Sisters; Stephanie and husband Clarence Anthony of Branchburg, New Jersey, Stacie and husband Kelly Dowell of Crescent City, California, Christina Gibson and life partner James Miller of Sweet Home,

Children; James Hoot Gibson IX, Austin Gibson and fiancé Kaitlyn Smith, Bradley Radig, Curtis Radig, Hannah Gilmore, and Gracyn Gibson all of Grants Pass, long time friend and Co-parent to Hannah, Bill Gilmore.

Grandchildren Caden, Jayce and Everlynn.

Nieces and Nephews; Tyler, Gillian, Ben, Damien, Danielle, Isabel, Rebecca, Olivia, William, Teagan, Alayna, and Cara, numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.

Amy was preceded in death by her Grandparents Barney and Juanita Breedlove, Grandparents Hoot and Florene Gibson, Aunt Barbara Foster and Uncle Randy Breedlove.
