Benny Thompson

Benny will be lovingly remembered by his wife Chelsea and Son Benny; parents, Ben and Jamie Thompson; mother, Kacy Wright; siblings, Spencer, Emalee, Samuel, Ella; honorary siblings Lance, Solei, Dylan and numerous other family members and friends

He met the love of his life Chelsea Thompson at 10 years old and married her on Feb. 29, 2020. Shortly after they brought their beautiful son Benny Thompson into this world on April 28, 2021

Benny touched the hearts and lives of all who met him. He was smart, fun, kindhearted, empathetic, compassionate, devoted and so loving. He took the time to really get to know those around him and make them feel truly seen and understood. Benny strived to only show positive and loving things and to give joy and happiness to all. He made no one feel like a stranger. Benny brought out the best in those around him. His father always told Benny “I want to be just like you when I grow up.”

The most important things to Benny were his faith and his family. His happiest moments were spent with his family and friends playing games. He loved learning new games and hobbies so he could share them with everyone else. It was important to him to teach others about the bible and the hope for the future. Benny was happy to regularly devote time to spend with elderly ones in his congregation and our local community.

The hole that is left in the hearts that loved him will be felt forever. Until we see you again

Revelations 21:4 “He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more. Neither will morning, nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 7th at 3:00pm, at 2412 Williams Hwy, Grants pass, OR 97527
