Eugene Joseph Vandevoir, Sr. age 74 of Flower Mound, TX and formerly of Pensacola, FL passed away June 1, 2018. He was born on June 5, 1943 in Hartford , CT to the late Joseph and Alice Vandevoir.

He married Linda Price in 1973 in Atlanta, GA. After 43 years of marriage, she preceded him in death in 2011.

Left to cherish his memory are sons, Charles Vandevoir, Paul Vandevoir, Eugene Vandevoir Jr and his wife Tammy and Robin Vandevoir; grandchildren, Tommy, Rachel, Zachary, Sherry Blackwell and Hailey; great grandchild, Copeland Mae Kelly.

Gene loved sailing, fishing and scuba diving. He traveled around the world multiple times, seeing and experiencing a full and wonderful life. He loved his wife and children. Now he has moved on to reunite back with his wife. His family loved him and will miss him. He will always be in our hearts.

Memorial services will be 2:00pm, Friday, June 8, 2018 at Foust and Son Funeral Home.
