Linda Kay Farris, 69, of Azle, TX passed away April 27th, 2018 due to a brain aneurysm. She was born on February 4th, 1949 in Fort Smith, AR to Aaron and Gertie White. She was married to Lester Farris on 11/11/11 at 11:11 in Grapevine, TX.
Her motto for life was, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
Left to cherish her memory are husband, Les; daughter, Kristi wife of Brent Arnold of Grapevine, TX; son, Brandon Brake husband of Tammy Maher Brake of Pierre, SD; grandchildren, Camden Arnold of Fayetteville, AR, Mason Arnold, Marley Brake, Bode Aaron Brake; her husband’s children; daughter, Laura Farris-Miller wife of Jeff Miller of Fort Worth, TX; daughter, Anita Farris-Maberry wife of Cody Maberry of North Richland Hills, TX; grandchildren, Trenton Farris, Savannah Miller and Cooper Maberry; brother, sisters, numerous extended family members and lifelong friends Chase and Gwen Hatcher. She retired from Accenture, never met a stranger and will be truly missed.
A celebration of Linda’s life will be at 1:00 PM Friday, May 4th, 2018 at Cross Timbers Winery, 805 N Main St, Grapevine, TX 76051. Please feel free to wear something colorful to remember Linda’s love for life.
A reception for family and friends will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 PM on Friday, prior to the service.
