We lament in the passing of Lloyd William (Dick) Rattarree Jr from Southlake, TX on January 30, 2020 after a long, hard-fought battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Originally from Stone Mountain, GA Dick is survived by his wife of 64 years, Gail Rattarree, his daughter Denise Hostetler and son in law Ron Hostetler of Cumming GA, his son Richard G (Dickie) Rattarree and wife Peggy Rattarree of Justin, TX; grandsons Matthew R Hostetler (Cumming, GA), Caleb A Rattarree and wife Beth (Haslet, TX), Logan T Rattarree (Fort Collins, CO), and William H Rattarree (Justin, TX). Dick served for many years as a deacon at Pine Lake Baptist Church in Stone Mountain, GA and First Baptist Church Grapevine, TX. Those who knew Dick knew him to be an avid athlete in many sports but he was best know as an avid golfer. After retiring from his Regional VP position with Rollins Truck Leasing at the age of 63, he spent the majority of his retirement years playing the game of golf that he loved so much and traveling with his wife Gail.

A celebration of life will be 2:00pm, February 15, 2020 at the First Baptist Church of Grapevine, 301 E. Texas St., Grapevine, TX 76051.

Dick, was a very close friend of my dad and family at Rollins Truck Leasing. I personally enjoyed sharing his friendship growing up as well as playing golf with him at Trophy Club. He was a incredible business man and mentor. He will be missed. He and my dad are up in heaven talking about trucks right know. I will be making a donation in his honor to the Ben Hogan Foundation. I will keep the family in my prayers during this difficult time. Rick Doggett
