I'm still thinking of Becca everyday... I dont have many friends in LA but she was a genuine loving  intelligent beautiful young amazing woman whom I miss and am proud to call my friend.. I am still in total shock.. I think of her everyday.... Becca was one of a kind.  I havent had a more caring friend and i am grateful to everyday to have met her.... i  remembered coming to visit her after her surgery and i brought some home cooked meal and some small face masks because every girl loooovesss them lol but she was so touched by my small gesture just to check in on her bring flowers and care package.. i know she would have done the same for me.... i love you Rebecca and you are always in my heart and very much missed.... i l  love you so much.. we were supposed to see each other that same week and i just wish so much we planned sooner... i miss you so much you were so independent and so genuine.. ill never forget a time that you didnt want help with something but i said sit down!!! stop stressin... i got you.  and you were so happy after that day even though you didnt want the help of a mundane task we all hate.. lol.... i love you and have nothing but love in my heart... i pray everyday with you in my thoughts.

My dear, we met on set for a photo shoot and had always stayed in contact. Always checked in and I will never forget her sense of humor, optimism, kindness, and love. Thank you for your beauty and how genuine you were love. I miss you even more and I will see you in my dreams

I heard the news and she is my really good friend. I want to let you know we are all devastated. I’m so sorry for your loss.

She really was a kind person. I loved her like she was my little sister. We all saw things and knew she struggled but know she did surround herself with good people here. So many people cared for her and tried to watch out for her. We all checked in on her on a regular basis to see how she was doing.

I spoke on the phone to our friend Kara today. She was with Rebecca all the time and she said she just hoped that Rebecca didn’t die alone. ❤️ She was very loved.

RIP Rebbeca Rose @ILoveRebeccaRose  Over the weekend the pinup community lost an up and coming actress and model and I lost a beloved dear friend. Before I moved back to my home state of Texas, I lived in Hollywood right before the Pandemic. I casually dated Ms. Rebecca Rose when I lived there and remained close friends until now. I'm shocked and saddened and Becca has lost a lifelong battle with IBD.  I could be wrong but to my knowledge, I don't remember Becca having any immediate family in California and I think it's safe to say not a lot of people she would consider close friends. I could say the same about myself a few years back living in that neck of the woods and Becca and I found each other in a time when we really needed one another. Hollywood can be an incredibly lonely place. It didn't surprise me that we found each other because she was a native Texan as well who ventured out to the west coast around the same time I did. We had a lot in common, including loving things before our time and being old souls. I asked her what she wanted to do in life and she humbly and adorably said, "I want to be a famous pinup model!" Becca like alot of young ladies, had found an outlet through 1950's style pinup modeling and the LA roots scene allowed her to express herself and channel that passion. I watched her blossom from a shy curious redhead into that bombshell pinup she aspired to be. She overcame her obstacles from her past & worked hard on her goals, all while maintaining a humble attitude. Rebecca was the girl next door and Ann Margret all rolled into one. I told her that she was too sweet and gentle for        CONT.   (1)

I am so blessed to have a friend as special as Becca.  My heart breaks of s loss way so soon she is very loved and met me in a time in my life where she was a friend and a genuine friend.  We instantly clicked— southern belles and pinup princesses.  I’ll never forget my times with Rebecca.. I miss her so so so much and she will always be remembered and the positive ways she affected my life by being a sweet beautiful genuine friend I’ll never forget.. I’m so grateful to have met you Becca I miss you

We lost another dear friend today. Not sure who kept up with her since her move to LA. She was just here visiting from LA a week ago. Alexis got to see her, I stayed home because I had to get up early and I sure wish I’d gone. RIP Rebecca Rose…you will be missed. 💔

She went to every show and music event she could… she was acting… she was go-go-ing and hula-dancing… she was out dancing, giving regular “my neighborhood is crazy” reports, and eating the most delicious meals. She was dripping in Chanel… being featured on the cover of a newsstand magazine… modeling for a company she fan-girled for years.  All of her dreams were coming true. 
(And I say she was alone… because I recently watched her partying with friends on her birthday.  But DAYS later, when she was in the hospital… none of those friends came to see her. Hardly anyone sent her flowers.  And I warned her… people who come to a party but don’t show up when you’re in the hospital aren’t your real friends.  Hard stop.)
I’ve spent all evening crying… because I’m heartbroken.  I’m scared she died alone. She had JUST come back home, because her grandmother had passed away and she was attending her funeral. She got to see her family after YEARS (on sad terms, but still). She literally left Dallas days ago… and now, she’s gone without an explanation.  I’m waiting, trying to understand what happened.  
We may not have always agreed on everything, or lived our lives the same way… but she had a good heart, and when she decided that you were her friend, she loved you dearly. 
I bragged about you all the time, Becca. I was proud of how far you had come. I hope you finally find peace, and aren’t in pain anymore. I hope things are kinder to you in the afterlife than they were here on earth, because you deserved so much more than you were given.  
She once posted, “I’d rather have a life of “oh-wells” than a life of “what-ifs”…
If I live a life with only half as much hope and fearlessness as she possessed, I will consider myself fortunate. 
Rest In Peace, Becca.  I love you, and I will never forget you.

It seems ironic, to me, that her last Instagram caption was, “I’m coming home!”
Because that’s where she is now— she went home. 
Becca was one of the most beautiful people I’ve ever met, inside and out. She was authentic and genuine— what you saw what her most true, unfiltered self.  She was a complex person, with deep flaws and battles within herself… but aren’t we all imperfect creatures?
My friend Rebecca knew how to take the hits and keep going. Some of those were choices she made, and some of them were cards she was dealt unfairly.  I think I fooled myself into thinking that she was invincible, and could never die— because life tried her so many times, and she kept overcoming. 
We shared a ton of interests, but one thing we had in common was unfortunate… autoimmune and gastric issues. We spent many an hour complaining and comparing stories.  Her crohn’s disease was something that regularly ruled and ruined her life… and she fought to keep her chin up while battling it. She spent more time in the hospital, in surgery, and recovering from procedures than anybody should have. 
She was like a cat with nine lives.  Our friendship may have lasted over a decade— but I feel like it lasted several of her lifetimes (at least four, TBH). 
I could write paragraph after paragraph about all the awful things that she overcame… but that’s not my story to tell.  What IS my story to tell, however, is how proud of her I am.
She DID IT. She hit rock bottom… decided she wouldn’t settle for it… and turned it all around. She made the hard choices. She was DOING THE THING. She may have been alone across the country— but she was making her dreams come true.    (1) cont.
