MUNVES, EUGENE N.- 91 years old, died on December 29, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Frayda Munves. Devoted father of Russell Munves and his wife Alicia and Jonathan Munves. Cherished grandfather of Gregory, Cary, Reyna and Max. Dearest brother of Judy Linowes, Susan M. Schneider and the late Jordan Bierman. He was a successful restauranteur and a veteran the US Coast Guard in WWII. Services 11am Monday January 2, 2012 at Riverside-Nassau North Chapels, 55 North Station Plaza (Opp LIRR), Great Neck, NY. Interment to follow at Mount Eden Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Anti-Defamation League.
