Mitchell P. Koeppel of Great Neck New York passed away on Friday, October 15, 2021. Mitchell was born on January 24,1937. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Madelaine Stillman Senter, devoted father of Meredith Schwed (Andrew) and Alexia Preston (Jason), grandfather of Alexander and Noah, brothers Richard (Susan) and Joel (Carole) Koeppel and Madelaine's family Lindsay, Aaron, Ruby and Asher Stern.
For 36 years Mitchell was the owner of Koeppel Enterprises, Inc. known as a strong force in the New York commercial real estate industry. An outstanding philanthrop member of his community and a long time member of Temple Israel in Great Neck. Mitchell enjoyed, opera, ballet, classical music, travels with his wife, swimming and spending time with his family.
Funeral services will be held Sunday October 17, 2021 at 11:30 am at Riverside Nassau North Chapels, 55 North Station Plaza, Great Neck, NY. Donations can be made to Temple Israel of Great Neck.
