PENN - Sheila, passed away in the early morning hours of Friday, January 18th, 2013. Sheila was 86 years old. She was the daughter of Simon and Sonia (London, UK), sister of Irene, and is survived by her sons David and Steven. Sheila was a tireless advocate of the developmentally disabled and she was very active with the Great Neck Senior Center. She had a deep love for her "adopted hometown" of Great Neck and touched many lives with her advocacy work. Services were held on Sunday January 20, 2013 at 10:00am at Temple Beth-El of Great Neck, 5 Old Mill Road, Great Neck, New York. Interment followed at New Montefiore Cemetery, Pinelawn, New York.
