Alice was a homemaker and worked various jobs to include polling and voting precinct manager for Pueblo County. Also, Alice was active in giving back to her community and church through various activities.
Surviving is her son, John (Tara), grandchildren Aric, Jenna, Jessica, and Kelli. Brother in law Rufino (Pat), and sister in law Debra (Juan) Espinosa. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Gilbert Mora, her brother, John Gurule and her sisters, Carol Sanders and Josephine Reveteriano.
Alice was small in size, but not in fight. She battled various cancers for 18 years and won. She was proud of her family, heritage and the “Gurule” name.
A Rosary and Mass for Alice will be held at 10:30am, Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 2222 23rd Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80634. Ashes will be laid to rest with her husband at a later date.
