Alice Marie Myers, 65, of Evans, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017 at TRU Hospice of Northern Colorado inpatient unit. She was born on November 20, 1951 in Denver to James and Hilda (Patterson) Birdsall.
Alice was raised on a farm, as one of 13 children. On January 28, 1970 she married James Myers, Sr. They were together for over 50 years and married for 31 years, when James passed away in 2001.
Alice enjoyed playing Bingo, gardening, and holidays, especially Christmas and Halloween. She had an unconditional love for all children. She loved watching when people enjoyed her cooking.
Alice is survived by her daughter, Lucile Myers; son, James Jr. (Joie) Myers; siblings, James Birdsall, Jr., Floyd “Bud” Birdsall, Fred Birdsall, Hilda Birdsall, Dorothey Ackerman, Donna Floyd and Dave Birdsall; five grandchildren, Joshua Bates, Owen Myers, Connor Ecton, Sable Johnson and Jacelyn Johnson and two great-grandchildren, Irelynn Lewis and Ryder Parker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, James Sr., daughter, Miranda Myers and siblings, Betty Perish, Bertha Gene, Shirley Gulick, John Birdsall and Danny Birdsall.
Memorial service 5:00 p.m. Friday, February 10, 2017 at Stoddard Funeral Home.
