Brian Jay Burt

Brian attended school in Kersey, Colorado, and later attended Aims Community College in Greeley, Colorado. After serving honorably in the United States Navy he was an Apprentice Painter. He became a Painter by trade and began his career as an entrepreneur, pursuing opportunities mostly in the construction industry.

Brian is survived by Stepmother- Edith (Edie) Burt, his sisters- Denise Hettinger, Tanya Anderson, and Lynda Savacool, brothers-Jack Brethauer, David Savacool and Tony Savacool. Aunt- Norma Schumacher, Cousins- Cindy Beitz, Mark Schumacher, Tammy Schumacher, and Aunt- Carol Denke-Burt, Cousin-Colorado Burt. 11-Nieces and Nephews, 1 Great Nephew and 1 Great Niece.

He was preceded in death by his wife Kortney Burt, both parents Larry Burt and MaryAnn Brethauer-Farson, Stepfather- Jack Brethauer, Grandparents-Edward and Barbara Schumacher, Grandparents-Herman and Nadine Burt, Grandpa-Jake Brethauer, Uncle Leo Schumacher, Uncle-Leroy Schumacher and Uncle-Gary Burt.

A memorial service will be held at later date.
