Although I never met Chuck, I know that he brought great happiness, love and compassion to my Boss and friend, Judge Lane. She always spoke so highly of him. Prayers and hugs go out to the entire family, God Bless. Kelly K

I am so sorry for your loss, Kathleen.  I will be unable to attend the service on Sunday, but wanted you, your family, and Chuck's family know that my heart and prayers are with you all.  chuck was a very kind man with the most generous heart.  He will be missed by all he had touched.  ~Tree

I meet Chuck when he came to volunteer with the Municipal Court in the late 80's and he later hired on. I'll never forget the prank that Chuck played on Judge Tobin while he was on vacation.  A little background story Judge Tobin typed all of his own trial dockets and correspondence. Judge T. was fond of the typewriter.  Chuck wrapped his typewriter in tape, not just a little tape but a lot of tape.  Which we all (the clerks) thought was hysterical. The typewriter had it's own small typewriter stand on wheels, the two had became one!  Judge Tobin was not amused and I think he turned 15 shades of RED (Angry Red that is), as you can gather the prank did backfire a bit.  On a personal note Chuck gave me a lot of advise especially parenting, he had a wonderful sense of humor and he was a true gentleman.  Those who knew him are richer for it.   Tammy Reck
