Deb was very special to me.  I first met her in 1989, at Mother House. I was about 3 months pregnant with Matthew.  Deb was my one-on-one, which is like a big sister.  I got to know her real well, and became very close to her.  Not long after I gave birth to Matthew, Deb and I had a heart to heart talk, and it was then that I chose to let Deb adopt my son Matthew.
   I didn't find out about her death until December of 2004.  When I was told of her death, my heart was broken.  I know that she is with Jesus, but I still miss her very much.
