Eddie attended Walt Whitman High School and was a 1970 graduate. He attended Junior College with a degree in electrical engineering. He married Nora on June 11, 2005 in Fort Collins.
He was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather. He had a sharp sense of humor, a big heart and was always there for everyone. As an engineer, he enjoyed working with tools and tasks around the house. Just like his father, Eddie collected wood planes, both old and new. He loved animals and enjoyed gardening,
He is survived by his wife, Nora, daughters, Camille and Minna, grandchildren, Tyler, Alyssa, Laura and Zane, great-grandchildren, Drake, Ellie Grace George See, sisters, Susan and Nancy, as well as his cousin, Marjorie.
Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Alice, and his step mother, Claire Ernhardt.
An Inurnment at Black Hills National Cemetery in the Spring will be held.
