I remember Elda from my childhood as the Avon lady in my Grandma's park.  My Grandma passed away Sept 10th, so I was looking for her write up, and saw Elda passed away.  She was always very pleasant, and smelled nice too!  My Grandmother is Josie Lucierie by the way.  I remember when Elda bought Alma Howard's car (the yellow one she has now).  Alma was Grandma's next door neighbor.  I always thought it was Alma when I saw it pulling into the park!  I used to work at the hospital, and I'd always say hi to Elda when I saw her.  She will be missed, but I'm glad my Grandma has another friend to be with her up in Heaven!

I am so sorry to hear about your loss.Elda was a fine lady..I loved her like my own mom.(Norton) Always a smile on her face and so helpful.I think I appreciated her more when I grew up.

Dear Barbie and Ted, I am so very very sad to hear about your mom. She was the greatest lady and alwayscheerful. I am going to miss our little cleaning gettogethers every week.I loved your mom like my own. God Bless you two.

I can't think of Aunt Elda without smiling.  I know she had the same effect on so many others and that is her legacy...  The lives she touched and improved just by being a part of them.  I will miss you Aunt Elda, thanks for all the smiles!

To Elda's family,
Elda was a very special lady and such a part of Skyline.  She had lived here the second longest of all the residents.  We will miss our visits but I am sure she is having a good visit with old friends and family in her new home.  Keep all the special memories close to you and they will help with the sorrow.
