My parents, Fran & Luke Campeau were dear friends of Jim & Betty.  I spoke to Jim about a week before he died about bringing Mom to Greeley to have lunch.  I'm sorry
Dad died suddenly in Nov 2009 and Mom had a serious stroke in Jan 2010 and has been healing from that.  She was very sad to learn of his death.
I met both of your parents on many occasions and I wish I had had an opportunity to meet you, their children.

John & I feel priveleged to have known your father and grandfather, Jim.  We will miss his sweet personality and enthusiasm for life and his pride in his family ~especially his memories and devotion for your mother, Betty.
John had Jim as an ophthalmology patient, and I, had Jim as a special friend and precious connection to the ""Greatest Generation"" of which were my parents.
We hope your many loving memories of Jim will keep his spirit alive and comfort you all forever.

Jim was a kind, gentle and very intelligent man. Marilyn and I are proud to have called Betty and Jim our friends.

Jim was one of the most kind, generous and loving men I have ever had the pleasure to have known. He was the father figure who reflected a truly loving father. He loved his wife and family, his God and his church. He touched my life and made a difference. Rest in peace my friend, you will be missed.

Although I did not know your father, Susan, I heard enough from you to know he loved and was loved.
May you and your family be comforted in the knowledge that he is in the Father's hands.

Jim was that rarest of men boss and friend and confident and jokester.  He touched so many lives and made us all richer for having known him.  Those who have gone on before and we who wait our turns.

I was so blessed to have known Jim as a friend and father figure.  I will remember him always as a Godly man and a good father to his daughters.  I will miss him and his sense of humor.  What a character he was!  Jim was a true disciple of Christ.

Jim was a good man and I feel lucky to have had his friendship.  He cared deeply about his friends, his family, and his church.  I've missed seeing and working with him over these last couple of years.  I am sure he is happy to be with his beloved wife and recall many happy memories together.

I am sad to hear  of Jim's passing. I knew him from Rotary Club and Garnsey Wheeler Ford. Jim was a gentlemen who had a big heart. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I had the pleasure of buying cars for our company from Jim, he was a pleasure to work with and be with.  I have been gone from Greeley for some time but kept in touch through other friends. I miss our coffee or lunches together.  He was a true gentleman and will be missed.

Joy and I are deeply saddened to hear Jim is gone.We have known Jim long before we came to work for the Carlsons at Glenwood Springs.I first met Jim at Garnsey Wheeler in Greeley many years ago.He was always one of the most pleasant people to work with.The world has lost a good man God Bless

We are very sad to hear of Jim's passing!  Dan & I worked with him for many years at Garnsey & Wheeler and thoroughly enjoyed our visits with him & Betty.  I still remember the grammar lessons he would share with me and still put them to use!  He touched a lot of lives and will be greatly missed by all!  Our deepest sympathies to all of you.

What a wonderful man. He was so devoted to Betty.  I met Jim when we both worked at Garnsey & Wheeler Ford.  He and I would love to go to Red Lobster in Greeley for dinner.  We always talked politics and current events.  Jim would tell it the way it was.  We need more people in this world with his character.  My sympathies are with the Barney family.
