

She was born to Glenn Russell and Ella Mae Dockhorn (Woodworth) on December 31, 1931 in Comstock, NE.
Joan graduated from Comstock High School, NE with a graduating class of 12.
She was a switch board operator for the City of Loveland, later moved to Oregon, and was a bookkeeper for Portland General Electric in Salem. She returned to Loveland to be closer to her first grandchild, Todd and did clerical and retail at Belcher Office Supply.
Joan was an active member of the Elk Ladies, helping with fashion shows, Bingo and bake sales.
She enjoyed traveling, golfing, gardening, sewing, taking walks and mostly her family.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Chris A. Weber; infant son, Daniel Glenn Nedbalek; and grandson, Cory Alan Bernhardt; siblings, Grace Ruth Sherbeck (Sherman), Gwendolyn Elizabeth Cunningham (Ernest), Ora Mae Zahn (Aaron), Russell Glenn Dockhorn (Irene), Freda Maxine Kokes (Eldon), Lewis Allen Dockhorn (Betty), Anson Everett Dockhorn, Milo Wayne Dockhorn, Darr Albert Dockhorn and brother-in-law, Donald Norton.
She is survived by her first husband, Robert L. Nedbalek (Betty) of Loveland, CO; son, Pastor Rob Nedbalek (Lori) of Deer Lodge, MT; daughters, Sandy Bernhardt (Jerry) of Loveland, CO, Bonnie Jacobsen (Lowell) of Fort Collins, CO; step-son, Doug Weber (Jory) of Arvada, CO; grandchildren, Todd Nedbalek (Jenny), Tara Nedbalek-Mayne (Deryk), Treb Nedbalek, David Nedbalek, Danyelle Hjorth, Johnathan Nedbalek, Matt Taylor (Karissa), Seth Bernhardt, Dan Jacobsen (Shelly), Becky Buckley (Shayne), Nomad Weber (Vikki), Shana Bauman (Mike); great-grandchildren, Jenna Nedbalek, Nicholas Nedbalek, Maggie Nedbalek, Skylar Nedbalek, Sarah Thomas (D.J. A Celebration of Life service will be held 10:00 am, Saturday June 3rd at Allnutt Funeral Service, Loveland with a reception to follow.
