John W. Noerenberg, 90 of Greeley, passed away March 16, 2015 at Sierra Vista Health Care in Loveland. John was born September 9, 1924 in Los Angeles, CA to Clarence Eugene and Mary (Brodbeck) Noerenberg. He married Esther Wagner on July 28, 1975 in Chatsworth, CA.
John was a Greeley resident from 1993 until his passing. He graduated from L.A. High School and attended Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA. He was a landscape design contractor in California.
John belonged to the L.A. Methodist Church and served in the Army Air Corp.
John’s passions were model trains, landscaping, gardening, and he loved dogs.
He is survived by his wife Esther E. Noerenberg; sons Henry W. Noer, Sudbury, MA; Charles E. Noerenberg, Golden Valley, MN; daughter Nancy Ann Kothman , Savage, MN; and sister Mary Joan White, Westminster, CA.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
