To Frank's Family, I am sorry for your loss. Frank was one of my best friends growing up. We had a lot of conversations about religion. He had a deep faith in God. We made life out of having nothing. We played one-on-one Football, Baseball and Basketball. We rode bikes for miles of adventures. We both excelled in Junior and High School Track Teams. We knew track was a sport that we could not be held back because of the color of our skin. We both lettered in Track and scored a lot of points for our teams. Be Proud of Frank, I will Miss Him!

Our deepest condolences to Frank’s family and friends. I knew Frank all of his life and remember him for his warm smile, familial embrace, spiritual thinking, and his effort to always try and do what was best for the culture of family and community. Whenever I traveled to Ault to visit the gravesite of my parents (whom he cared about until their last days) - I would always visit Frank and we would always reminisce about the goodness of his parents, the times when he excelled in track in high school, the days when he supported our efforts to ensure the graduation of our young people, and his spiritual journey of praying and caring for others. Frank met many obstacles in his life but he always shared an optimism that all would turn out well in the end. Today, we celebrate that spirit - knowing that he is in a good place — and thank Frank for who he was and the many contributions that he made to all of us who knew him.
