June Osborn, 80, of Gill, Colorado, passed away at Grace Pointe Living Center in Greeley, CO on Sunday, February 14, 2021. June was born on August 23, 1940 in Minnesota to Albert Carl and Frances (Sanow) Kautz.
June graduated from Flandreau High School in 1958. She worked at a bank in South Dakota, worked as a dispatcher for Ben Gay, worked at a detention center as a guard, and finally worked for the Department of Human Services in Fort Morgan where she retired from at 75 years old.
She enjoyed tending to her plants, crafting, painting with her friend Ruth, Bingo, and she loved to go out for coffee with her friends and spending time with her special friend/dog, Mr. Puddles.
June was a very gracious person all the time. She was always thinking of others. She was very honest and kind. She loved her kids, and loved and adored her grandbabies. She thought of all of her grandchildren as beautiful… “Not one ugly grandbaby”.
June is survived by her son Ernest (Patricia); daughters Lisa Forsythe, Laurie Way, and Robin Adams; sisters Dorothy, Mary, and Ardith; brother Walter; grandchildren, Matthew Osborn, Michael Osborn, Megan Wares, Alexander Osborn, Tanner Osborn, Randy Forsythe, Danielle Baker, Veronica Caswell, Melissa Guiterrez, Christina Palmer, and Ashley Capangpangan; great grandchildren Tristian, Hunter, Kaylee, Isaac, Aria, Braiden, Jacob, Ryleigh, Victoria (June Jr.), Paige, Aiden, Logan, Charlee June, Randy Jr., Harmony, Sebastian, Hayden, Madison, Katherine, Loran, Annika, Adalyn, Kamilla, Olivia, Arielle, Emily and Kristen; and great-great grandchild, Damon Ray.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Bud and sister Tootie; special friend Tommy; and grandchildren Mitchell Adams, Scott Forsythe and Kayla Chadwick.
A memorial service will be held on March 3, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. at the Life Fellowship Church in Fort Morgan, Colorado.
