Well done! So many wonderful memories for so many people.

Maria had a laugh that was simply contagious. We shared many good dinners and a lot of  laughs. Our love and prayers go out to Phyllis, and all of Maria's family.

I can see Carol vividly right now on the school bus ride from Mastic Beach to Riverhead to Mercy High School, where we were taught in a converted old farm house (the early 60s).  The ground floor and basement were our classrooms and cafeteria and the nuns lived on the second floor. I remember Carol with beautiful, wavy, dark hair.  She was quiet and studious on the bus.  Carol was a year or so ahead of me and we lived a couple miles apart in MB.  Her good friend Sharyn, who is also a friend of mine, lived near her in MB and was a close friend to her.   Sharyn reconnected me with Carol because we both wound up in AZ.  Carol loved the Farmville game for awhile, but I could never figure the game out to help Carol collect what she needed to get ahead in the game.  A sweet, loving and thoughtful soul, RIP.  

Regina ""Reggie"" Kish

Grandma was one of my favorite people ever! When I describe her to all of my friends I always tell them that she was the SHIZNIT!!!! I miss her so much and I'm pretty sure Rippy (my horse) miss her too. I wish she was still her, but I still have Aunt Pill. LOVE YOU GRANDMA!!!!

I want to thank all that loved and have wonderful memories of Maria Carol she was a very kind and loving women she always helped all in need. She was a wonderful treasure to those that knew her. I am very thankful that I was able to have 30 wonderful years with this gift that God gave to me. I will always love and miss you with all my heart you was the greatest wife anybody could have. Carol (that's what I call her) what a life we shared for 63 years! So many memories of good times and bad. But the good memories are the best. So many stories so many years. Maria Carol, you were a kind and funny lady, and you will be missed. I have good memories of you from the Guardian Angels days, and  I'll never forget the comfort you offered when my brother passed away.  I'm glad you are no longer suffering, and I hope Phyllis and your wonderful kids and family find peace.

Maria,I will be forever thankful to you for bringing your son Michael-Angelo in this world for me to share my life with. I'm one lucky lady! I will think of you everytime I eat watermelon. I can't wait to hear about  ""Lady of Lourdes"" I know your getting to go wherever you want now, and it won't cost you a million dollars!

One night while camping in Crystal Lakes Phyllis & Maria had their trailer next to ours & we heard a bear outside. We were going to make some noise to warn the girls only to realize that it wasn't really a bear, but Maria snoring.  We had a good laugh & went back to bed.  Good times in the mountains & great memories!  Lorraine & Susan
